STEP 1: CHECK LOOSE CONNECTIONS

Follow along with this video tutorial to check if you have any loose connections.

STEP 2: CHECK BATTERY

Is the battery charged? If you do not see any blue lights, you'll need to charge the battery. Watch the following video for instructions on how to charge your battery.

STEP 3: CHECK HARNESS CABLE

Is the red LED on your Raspberry Pi turning on? If you do not see a red light, make sure your harness cable is firmly inserted into the connectors

Does your screen light up at all? The No Display screen can be counted as lighting up.

Do you see anything on your screen?

STEP 5: CHECK THE SD CARD

Is there a green flashing light on your Raspberry Pi? If not, take out your SD Card and check it for any dust that may have accumulated and reinsert the SD Card into the Raspberry Pi.

Is there a flashing green light?

STEP 6: CHECK YOUR RASPBERRY PI

Connect your Raspberry Pi to another display, such as a TV or monitor, using a different HDMI cable.

Do you see an image on the display?

STEP 7: CHECK YOUR HDMI CABLE

Try connecting your Raspberry Pi to another display, now using the provided green HDMI cable.

Do you see an image on the display?

STEP 8: CHECK YOUR DISPLAY

Connect your Raspberry Pi to your Piper Computer Kit's display using a different HDMI cable than the green one that came with the Kit.
